Elmer Koevoets startte zijn carrière in de ICT bij Exclusive Networks in 2010; als eerste fulltime medewerker. Hierna heeft hij jaren binnen de networking industrie gewerkt als specialist bij Aerohive Networks, later overgenomen door Extreme Networks. Zijn passie voor Cybersecurity, zoals hij zelf vaak omschrijft, 'het kat-en-muisspel', gaat al ver terug. Elmer blijkt - bij toeval - in zijn jeugd een softwareprogramma te hebben gekraakt van KPN genaamd Internetkosten Beheersing (IKB). Ronald Kingma startte zijn carrière bij de ING bank; eerst als netwerk engineer en later als security architect voor de online bankieren omgeving. In 2007 heeft hij ISSX opgericht (later SecureLabs, onderdeel van de SecureLink groep). ISSX specialiseerde zich in ethical hacking en vulnerability management. In juli 2016 nam Ronald afscheid van SecureLabs en heeft hij, samen met Jeffrey Jansen, Access42 opgericht.
